05/2022 Julie's support was invaluable during a time of great change for me. Having not accessed therapy before, I was unsure what to expect, but Julie took the time to explain her role and how our sessions together could help me. Julie is an incredibly caring therapist, who put me at ease so I could share the issues I was experiencing. She was flexible with how the sessions were delivered, so that I could access her support even though we weren't in the same geographical area. I found her to be non-judgmental, with a kind but firm approach - she was able to challenge (in a compassionate way!) my underlying negative thinking patterns and lack of confidence in my abilities. She used coaching to support me to find my own solutions where possible, and offered resources to support my ongoing learning and development. My sessions with Julie made a real difference to how I felt, and I would thoroughly recommend her services.
The Hypno-slim Weight Loss Programme provides an alternative perspective on dieting. It has addressed underlying issues around eating habits and emotional attachments with food which have been installed for years! It has been a really enjoyable experience with a lovely group of ladies. Julie has has made this experience pleasurable and fun and has been an amazing mentor!
Just completed the Hypno-slim with Julie and it has really helped me to identify my problems and relationship with food like nothing else I have ever tried before, this isn’t about dieting this is about making healthy choices that will help me for the rest of the my life. Thank you so much Julie and thank you to everyone in our lovely group.
The 'CAB' Human Resource sub committee met yesterday and the staff rep reported all good things - staff were pleased that their welfare took centre stage at the meeting and the CEO told us that the meeting was the BEST all powys meeting she had attended!
Yasmin visited the Ystrad office this week and one of the staff members there told her they were doing chair yoga regularly!
I was thinking of taking time to play the 'chair yoga mindfulness & meditation' session recording maybe in one of our Wednesday meetings.

Julie’s help has been transformational for my daughter age 16 and I really can’t thank her enough. In just eight sessions my daughter has changed from someone who got anxious and difficult easily, who wasn’t making the most of things because she felt that life was too hard and that things always went wrong for her, to someone who is now noticeably much happier and is making things happen for herself more. I was previously concerned that she would never really achieve and be happy in life, but now that’s changed and she’s really starting to thrive. I actually think her future will be bright now.
