Don't put off the decision to feel good. I offer several kinds of classes mindful mat yoga and supported chair yoga for those and if you are a total beginner, or have neurodiversity's, disability, mental health problems are LGBT. I can accommodate you if you make me aware of your unique needs. 

I identify as ADHD & as Neurodiverse so I aim to understand.  

I strive to make everyone feel comfortable & included.

I am trained in trauma release & trauma coaching so use somatic awareness techniques in my classes to aid in nervous system reset, moving you from active states of stress anxiety and overwhelm to rest and digest improving vagal nerve tone. 

However; if you have had any kind of serious physical injury consider your wellbeing before booking. I am your guide during class and can offer alterations to your poses but its important that you listen to your body and be guided by your intuition.
