Price is £30 per MONTH of Class's as part of an ANNUAL subscription with 8 weeks holiday/absence included in the price.

This is a set price for regular yoga club members. Club membership and extra bonus's are included and you will be sent a personal invite to join. Limited club membership places available.

Yoga Club is All ability yoga with older beginners and advancing yoga learners catered for. I use guided mindful meditations. Gentle yoga poses (asanas) undertaken with somatic breathwork to engage your mind to direct focussed attention into where the mind-body connection lives. INSIDE>

Your intentioned focus stretch's and aligns the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia of the body and engages your nervous system relieving stress & tension, improving lung function & allowing you to come into the moment having consciously altered your bodies systems through your directed intention.

If you tend to live 'in your head' then this class is for you.

CAUTION!!! My students say they always sleep well after this class!

I incorporate relaxing music and sweet smelling candles or incense to heighten your experiences.

Some props and mats are supplied if you are a non club member until you love it so much you buy your own!
