CHAIR YOGA LUNCH

Hello Chair Yogi's

I would so love you all to join our Xmas lunch after chair yoga class on 22nd December 2025. @Hafan Yr Afon 

So our lovely group will meet straight after class. Depending on numbers this will be either upstairs or downstairs in an area specially set up for us. 

The menu is being arranged presently. Please let Amy know of any food intolerances so they can be included in the warm & cold, sweet and savoury buffet of offerings. 

The cost will be £10 per head.

Please purchase your lunch here and I will organise the final numbers with Hafan cafe and pay them direct.
